  • Are you willing to invest at least $500 per month into generating leads?
  • Do you have at least 200 people (they know you and you know them) in your database?
  • Have you closed at least 8 buyer transactions in the most recent 12 months?
  • Are you able to influence at least 75% of your buyers to work with the lender(s) you prefer?
  • Are you willing to strongly endorse a single lender partner?
    (even if you provide multiple names, are you willing to encourage them to work with a specific lender)
