No, there are no application or up-front fees as part of the Your Way Home program. In fact, there are no fees to participate in the Your Way Home program outside of the normal real estate & mortgage fees associated with purchasing a home and obtaining a mortgage.

Many of the programs available can help you to cover these typical closing costs through grants, forgivable second mortgages or repayable second mortgages.

Do I have to be a government employee to qualify for the Your Way Home program?

No. Your Way Home is available to anyone employed in city, county, state and federal government but expands beyond government to everyday heroes including educators, first responders, healthcare workers, and active military & veterans. If you are unsure whether or not you are eligible contact us.
