Are there grants or special mortgage options for military & veterans?

Yes! There are a variety of options that may be available to you if you are on active duty, Reserves, National Guard or a veteran. The key is picking the right one for you and your specific needs & goals. We will assist you in identifying all the available options and selecting the right one for you.

Is there an application fee or up-front fee to participate in the Your Way Home program?

No, there are no application or up-front fees as part of the Your Way Home program. In fact, there are no fees to participate in the Your Way Home program outside of the normal real estate & mortgage fees associated with purchasing a home and obtaining a mortgage.

Many of the programs available can help you to cover these typical closing costs through grants, forgivable second mortgages or repayable second mortgages.

Do I have to be in active duty or a veteran to qualify for the Your Way Home program?

No. Your Way Home is available to anyone on active duty, National Guard, Reserves or a veteran but expands beyond military to everyday heroes including educators, first responders, government employees, and healthcare workers. If you are unsure whether or not you are eligible contact us.
