Yes! There are a variety of options that may be available to you if you are a first time home buyer or have not owned a home for the most recent three years. The key is picking the right one for you and your specific needs & goals. We will assist you in identifying all the available options and selecting the right one for you.

Is there an application fee or up-front fee to participate in the Your Way Home program?

No, there are no application or up-front fees as part of the Your Way Home program. In fact, there are no fees to participate in the Your Way Home program outside of the normal real estate & mortgage fees associated with purchasing a home and obtaining a mortgage.

Many of the programs available can help you to cover these typical closing costs through grants, forgivable second mortgages or repayable second mortgages.

Do I have to be a first time home buyer to qualify for the Your Way Home program?

No. Your Way Home is available to first time home buyers and those who have not owned a home in the most recent three years but expands beyond first time buyers to everyday heroes including educators, first responders, government employees, healthcare workers, and military & veterans.
